Honey & Tarragon Sausage

Serves 4 | Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Sausages


  • 450g (1lb) Chipolata Sausages
  • 2x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Runny Honey
  • 2x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Tarragon


  1. Dry Fry the Sausages until cooked, turning to ensure they are evenly golden.
  2. Drizzle sufficient honey over the sausage to coat them.
  3. Sprinkle the tarragon over the sausages and toss them until coated.
  4. Serve immediately with vegetables of your choice.
