Honey & Tarragon Sausage
Serves 4 | Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Sausages
Ingredients
- 450g (1lb) Chipolata Sausages
- 2x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Runny Honey
- 2x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Tarragon
Instructions
- Dry Fry the Sausages until cooked, turning to ensure they are evenly golden.
- Drizzle sufficient honey over the sausage to coat them.
- Sprinkle the tarragon over the sausages and toss them until coated.
- Serve immediately with vegetables of your choice.
